Emmett helps banks, fintechs, and vendors define and leverage the evolving role that digital channels play in how consumers select, connect, and manage their financial accounts. He works with both institutions and vendors to transform the digital experiences they deliver to ensure that they meet customers’ growing expectations. His ongoing work provides actionable insight into consumers interest in and adoption of mobile banking, digital sales and onboarding, artificial intelligence and chatbots, open banking, and more.
With more than 25 years’ experience in digital financial services, Emmett combines strategic industry perspective with annual consumer insights to help clients craft effective, actionable engagement and transformation strategies.
Prior to joining Javelin, Emmett was a senior director of mobile strategy for TIAA, a senior analyst with Forrester Research, and a vice president of digital money movement with Citibank.
He holds an MBA in marketing from Loyola University and a bachelor’s degree in The Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University.
He is based in Hilton Head Island, SC.
